BIO:
Originally from Switzerland, now based in NYC, Tatiana has won many notorious street dance competitions such as "Juste Debout" in Marseille, (France), "Just for Laughs" in Montreal (Canada) Clash in Session in Copenhagen (Denmark) etc… She has taught & judged competitions in places such as Peru, Japan, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Canada and in the USA ( Detroit, Philadelphia, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire…).
Dance instructor for 12 years, Tatiana had the opportunity to teach in several danceschools in Switzerland and had the opportunity to teach to some contemporary dance companies such as : L’estuaire, Alias and to young contemporary dancers at “L’école des Arts Appliquées”. She is also highly involved in the hip-hop and house community: in Switzerland through JAIA non-profit organization who promotes hip-hop culture in Switzerland (Battles, sessions, parties) and through her classes around the world.
She is the co-founder of the first hip-hop company in Switzerland " Continuum", co-founder of the Hip-Hop dance school in Geneva, "Le Centre Hip-Hop" and founder of the Hip-Hop theater dance company "Passion Fruit" composed of: dance theater performances, teaching program (to help people or empower people through dance) & workshops, and events (Les 5 Sens).
She is also part "Rennie Harris Puremovement" and teaches hip-hop and house at EXPG NYC

Passion Fruit Dance Company is New York based company, founded and choreographed by Tatiana Desardouin, where she is using hip-hop, housedance and other streetdance styles in her pieces. She launched her company in 2016 where they performed at the 6th annual 2016 "Clutchfest Street Dance Award" event held at the Gordan Theater at Rutgers Camden in New Jersey, at the Pregones Theater for the 7th annual Bronx Artists Now, organized by Pepatian, Jane Gabriels organization in New York. They also performed at BAAD! Theater in New York for the “BADD! Ass women” Festival, at the “Spring Up Festival” Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvenia at Cedar Crest College and at the “Performance Garage” in Philadelphia for “Movemakers” danceschool spring dance show.
Passion Fruit is one of the company who received the “Dance Your Future 2017” residency at BAAD! organised by “Pepatian” organization in collaboration with “BAAD! Theater”. They will perform the premiere full version of her piece “Dance Within Your Dance” at “BAAD! Theater” the 10th of November 2017.
The 28th of June 2017, they will perform at Jacob’s Pillow Festival
